Portable DVD Players:
PDV8500 - Firmware Upgrade
1) Download file:"dvrrom.bin" to your desk top.
2) Burn the "dvrrom.bin" file to a CDR or CD-RW. Be sure to "finalize disc".
3) Power On your PDV8500 DVD Player and load the CD.
- If play does not start automatically, press PLAY.
4) When the display becomes dark, this indicates the firmware upgrade was successful.
5) Power Off the unit and remove the CD.

Navigation Systems:
PN3500 - Firmware Upgrade
1) Download file: "OMusic.zip", open and extract the file "OMusic.img" and copy it
onto an SD Card.
2) Make user that the power if Off on the unit.
3) Insert the SD Card with the above firmware update into the slot of the unit.
4) While holding the "ZZZ" and the "Volume +" keys down, turn On the power
5) The screen will show update in process (release the keys once the update message
starts).
6) Let the unit go through the update process, it will show 'update successful' when it is
finished.
7) Power Off the unit.
8) Remove firmware update SD card.
9) Insert map SD card and turn on power, select Navigation to make sure the unit works
correctly.
